Ever blasted your favorite song in the car and blissfully sung along as if no one’s listening?

If you’ve ever done the same with your workouts, you know music has this undeniable ability to make us feel better, lighter, and happier. 

I love popping in my headphones, hitting play on my favorite workout playlist, and turning it up loud. Disappearing into the music makes the worries of the day melt away and helps get the endorphins going. It’s like my own little workout party! 

Not only that, but studies have shown that music improves peak power output, post-exercise happiness, and levels of positivity during and after the workout. I sometimes listen to podcasts during my workouts, but with all those benefits, listening to music seems like a no-brainer.
