I threw out the tired, antiquated model of workout classes. 

(You know, the spin/bootcamp/barre classes with wayyy too many people in the room, no accountability, little feedback, nonexistent goal setting, and no long term progress tracking.) 

And rebuilt them from the ground up based on what YOU need. 


As I scrambled to open more classes, my class members were getting stronger, losing weight, hitting their goals, and finally feeling motivated. 

What makes these classes different?

Each class is a team of six women who come together weekly. Your teammates have similar goals to you, so from day one, they’ll just...get you. It’s a non-judgmental environment with tons of accountability, positivity, and high fives. Definitely high fives. 

My classes are a unique, personalized experience that quickly racked up a 20 person waiting list.

this is not your typical workout class

Get the attention and feedback of personal training, without paying for a personal trainer

Since it’s the same six women each week, you’ll have a tribe to stay accountable to, do workouts with outside of class, and encourage you along the way. 

Once you sign up for a class, that’s the time slot you’ll come to each week. 100% of workouts are full body and combine strength with high intensity intervals. I’ll throw on my favorite Beyonce inspired playlist, instruct and encourage you the whole way through, and before you know it, you’ll be fist bumping your classmates at the end of class. 

You’re signing up for this class to get results, and monthly goal setting is an important part of that. Each month, you’ll create your own structured monthly goal; this could be meal prep, weight loss, sleep quality, meditation, or workouts outside of class. We’ll check in on a weekly basis on how you’re doing and make adjustments from there. 

Quarterly evaluations and a shared Google sheet let you know exactly how much you’re improving in 3-month chunks. No ambiguity or “I think I’m doing better??” here.

How’s it billed?

It’s billed on the first of every month, regardless if you miss a class or come to them all (this holds you seriously accountable, which we want!). If you join mid-month, it’ll be pro-rated for that month. 

When + where are classes?

All classes are on weekday evenings at 5 and 6 pm pacific. They're all on Zoom, so it doesn't matter where in the world you are!

What’s the commitment?

It’s billed monthly, so you’re only ever on the hook for one month. Here’s the thing: these classes are built with a long-term vision in mind, so if you like ‘em, I ask for at least a 4-month commitment so you can see results and get to know your team. Most class members stick with the team for at least 6 months, with many on the team for over 2 years.

I’ll tell you what I’m not into: I’m not into making you do things you don’t want to do.

So if you come to the first class and hate it (I seriously doubt you will), I’ll make it right and refund you your money. No problem.

When you join, you’ll get access to the private Facebook group, Client Resources portal, and you’ll be introduced to your new team. 

Can I come to multiple classes per week?

Yes! Many of my team members come to two or three classes per week. It all depends on availability. We'll start by getting you signed up for one class a week and we’ll add as slots open up from there. 

What if I have to miss a class? 

While I encourage all class members to make a serious commitment to prioritize their health (and these classes), I get it: travel happens, vacations to Hawaii happen (I love this!), and your kid has a birthday party you cannot. miss. Team members who come to one class per week are able to make up one class every 6 weeks. Members who come to two or three classes a week can make up one class every 4 weeks. If you have an extended trip planned, we also have a Membership Hold option that’s 40% of your monthly cost.  

Is there a waiting list?

It depends on the time of year and the status of current class members. The number of women on the waiting list can change at any time. I wish I had a more specific answer! If there are no slots currently open, let’s get you on the waiting list. That way when one does open up, you’ll be the first to know.

What if I can’t keep up with the other members?

No sweat. (Well actually, yes to sweating, but ya know what I mean!) I write each workout so it’s easily adaptable to ALL strength and skill levels, and I’ll adjust it to meet you right where you’re at. I’ll encourage you and coach you along the way. You won’t have to worry about keeping up, just take it at your own pace. 

Can I take the first class free? 

No, but don’t worry. Unlike other workout classes, this one challenges you to see if you can stay committed to a team. When you sign up, you’ll be charged for the remainder of this month’s classes, but you’re backed by the guarantee: if you come to the first class and don’t like it, I’ll refund 100% of your money. 

When are the classes? How are they billed?

Classes are weekdays evenings at 5 and 6 pm. It’s on a monthly auto-pay on the first of every month.
